Recently I started a series of articles, "IITJEE Simplified : Study Tips" to help students who are new to IITJEE preparation or are still confused about the study approach they should follow.
In almost every class I talk about the correct study methodologies one should follow. But I also want to help those who are not attending my classes. Those who are studying in extended classroom course or have joined correspondence course can read my thoughts about the right study approach through this series of articles.

my son nishant kumar was a student of extended classes for two years may06- march 08.his marks in all t s ranged between 90-210 for which he never prepared with zeal. he stuck to bade bhaiyas statement that enjoy your studies.so whenevr he didnt feel like studying he took breaks.he slept 4 long hours, no fixed study pattrn ,nevr left t v or games.

now he wants to drop n try jee09 .my husband supports him n asked him to prepare 4 final step ,vmc. i hav my apprehensions since i dont see any changein him . should we take a chance or get him admitted in some engneering college .pl suggest

Sir, dont you think 50-55 hours which you are saying is too much…If for two years a student studies 6 hours every day i.e, 36 hours a week..except sunday….then I feel it will be a good preparation because besides this he is also going to the coaching class…4-5 times a day….Please comment on this?

lagging behind in my maths due to negligence but now in vacations i want to cover it up , please suggest the approriate topics that should be covered first along with time.my earlier performances have really been dismal so consider that too.also bhaiya if from now i give my all

i am a student of iitsc 12pass batch 1. In class my response in maths and physics is satisfactory but i m not able to enjoy chemistry at all.
I feel like doing maths always as i had prepared my physics and chemistry last year for the iit-09 . What should i do because even my class mates are ahead of me in chemistry only.
And i know that it is going to affect my performance in the vmc test on 30 september.
please help me.

i am a student of iitsc wk1 2012 iiit jee course. i enjoy reading concepts given in vmc modules and practice each and every numerical from the modules but when it comes to give tests like hrt and ts , my confidence level goes down and iam generally demoralize wid my results . can u please give me some advice to overcome my fear and can easily score good marks in vmc tests
