The correspondence course for IITJEE 2010 is a self study solution for preparation of IITJEE 2010 and acts as a catalyst. The Correspondence course of Vidyamandir Classes, like our Regular classroom program, is one of the most sought after distance learning programs for IITJEE preparation. The course has been started to benefit students who cannot join our Regular classroom program. The courseware has been prepared by teachers of Vidyamandir Classes, keeping in mind the present trend of IITJEE. A major emphasis has been given to self study and the lessons have been designed to keep the fundamentals and approach simple and straight forward. Each lesson has concepts, illustrations, objective solved examples, subjective solved examples and exercises to help the student grasp the fundamentals. Selection of questions has been done very carefully with questions ranging from concept based illustrations to difficult problems. The focus is on problems which are constructive - unduly complex questions which do not contribute to learning have been excluded.

From this year, we have added another innovative feature to our Correspondence course in order to provide our students with added convenience and better analysis of their performance. The course now comes integrated with online support, which includes regular practice/ assessment through online tests, performance reports and analysis and online problem solving. This will enable a student to compare his or her performance with other Vidyamandir students. Additionally, students will get a detailed feedback on their performance, strengths and weaknesses. Also, students can interact with Vidyamandir teachers through online forums and get their doubts cleared.

Course Design
The Correspondence course of Vidyamandir Classes is carefully designed to ensure that students get top class material, practice and guidance required for success in IITJEE and other engineering entrance examinations. The course has been revised and is highly comprehensive to ensure complete preparation for IITJEE. This would also be helpful and acts as a catalyst to any other Classroom course , specially for students aiming for TOP ranks in IITJEE
Study Material
Complete IITJEE syllabus would be covered in 80 chapters. In each chapter there are:
  • Theory Sections: They comprehensively cover and ensure understanding of the concepts. Illustrations are provided with every concept for better understanding.

  • Objective Questions: Large number of basic and advanced level objective type questions are provided for practice. If the focus is on exams other than IITJEE, you need not attempt advanced level questions.

  • Subjective questions: Though all entrance exams are objective, but for in depth concept understanding, it is necessary that the students solve subjective questions. Advanced level subjective questions are for those who are aiming for a top rank in IITJEE

  • Exercises: At the end of chapters, more problems and objective questions are provided for extra practice.
Online Assessment
  • Chapter Tests: Once a student completes a chapter, he/she is supposed to appear for an online test at vidyamandir.com. In all, there are 80 tests of 1 hr. duration each, to assess the level of understanding of the student and provide relevant feedback to him/her.

  • Module Tests: At the end of every module, full length practice tests are to be attempted online. There are 10 modules, each having 2 tests of 3 hrs. duration each. These tests, beside reinforcing the concepts, would help the student in building his/her test taking ability.

  • Test Series: There will be 10 Test series in all. Test series will be taken on cumulative syllabus at regular intervals. These Test series would be conducted at Test centers, as well as online (internet).
Exclusive forums
Exclusive discussion forums can be used by students to raise doubts and get advice from other students and VMC teachers.
Student Support
A dedicated Support team ensures that any queries, issues or grievances are addressed at the quickest. An Online Support center for students has also been provided where students can raise Support tickets for prompt resolution of their issues.
