Regular Classroom Course (IITJEE 2009 - 12th Pass)
     
IITJEE paper has gone through some subtle changes since last three-four years. To give our students an edge over the other competitors, we have been revising our curriculum bringing out changes in the study material and course plan accordingly.

Innovative One year Course
Though the CBSE syllabus for class 12th now-a-days almost matches with IITJEE syllabus, but still the level asked at the CBSE Board exam is very easy in comparison to the level which the students face in engineering entrance exams. In order to bridge the gap, a student must be given a feel of the basics through easily understandable concepts and a good variety of exercises to reinforce the basics learnt. To accomplish this delicate task, we have designed a course that prepares a student for IITJEE at a stress-free and comfortable pace.

Two powerful courses merged in one
The course for IITJEE 2009 is a thoroughly comprehensive package which combines all the parts of VMC's time tested strategy that has been producing IITJEE rankers for the last 20 years; the parts being Regular Classroom Course, Practice Test Series(PTS) and the FINAL STEP
(A Revision Program).

Taking good care of Other Exams
Another added feature of the course is that Tests will include questions on the pattern of AIEEE and CEE that makes course more stress-free as it will not pressurise students for extra preparations towards these exams.

Good environment to match good training
At Vidyamandir, all the students are taught by the same expert faculty which has been producing the best result at IITJEE for an unbelievable period of twenty years. All the classes and Class Tests will be held in well-lit air-conditioned Class rooms where environment is kept perfectly balanced between comfort and alertness.

Good feedback to follow good training
Test Series: The feedback of the course will be in the form of Test Series held at regular intervals. These Test Series are held at our Test Centre in Delhi providing a real Exam-like experience to the students. Detailed analysis of these tests will be provided to the students so that they can judge their performance relative to the other Vidyamandir Students.
There will be 5 Test Series during the course.

Class Tests : A number of Tests will be held regularly in the class to assess the understanding of the topics by the students. Many of these tests will be taken as Surprise Tests so that the students feel bound to be regular in the studies and avoid delaying their work.

Simplifying the complicated matters
The entire study material of the course is prepared by the VMC teachers themselves, and this ensures a perfect correlation between what is taught in the class and the study material provided. While preparing these lessons, our expert faculty has ensured that the approach is not bookish and the basics are presented in a straight-forward manner which is simple to understand. The New Course has a thoroughly updated study material with a large number of added examples, theory and problem. Questions asked at previous years' JEE-papers have also been included.

The Correspondence Course of Vidyamandir was started to benefit those students who perform above an average level in the admission test but fail to get a seat in the Regular Classroom Course (due to limited capacity). The course material of Correspondence Course has been the first choice of thousands of IITJEE aspirants who have successfully achieved their targets.

The study material covers every aspect of each topic and is so self-sufficient that all successful Vidyamandir students have relied solely on the study material provided by us, without consulting any other book or guide. With the changing pattern and syllabus of the IITJEE every year, we bring modifications in our course material accordingly. The Test Series of this course will be same as that of Regular Classroom Course, which will enable a student to compare oneself with other VMC students.

Vidyamandir launches ON-LINE Test Series for those Correspondence Course students (IITJEE-2009) who are unable to appear in these tests at our Test Centres. All the Test Series (5 in total) will be made available ON-LINE to all Correspondence Course students only. Test Series will be available on-line for 58 hours. Students can log-on to our website and attempt the Test Series according to their convenience.

As the On-line Test Series will be launched all over India, students can compare their performance with others on an All-India level basis. This facility is included in our Correspondence Course and no extra charges are to be paid for availing this facility.

How to go for it ?
An admission test will be conducted on 29th June,2008.

Syllabus for the Entrance test:

The test will be of 3 hours duration and will contain objective questions (Single choice, More than one choice, Match the following etc. type on the pattern of IITJEE 2006, IITJEE 2007 and IITJEE 2008). The syllabus for Admission test will consist of selected topics from Physics, Chemistry and Maths of Class XIIth mentioned below:

PHYSICS
Electrostatics, DC circuits, Capacitance, Magnetic effects of Current, EMI, Physics of Atom and Nucleus, Geometrical optics.

CHEMISTRY
Electrochemistry, Organic Chemistry, Atomic structure, Periodic table, Bonding, Chemical Kinetics, Energetics, Solutions, Gas Laws, Gravimetric and Volumetric analysis.

MATHEMATICS
Limits, Continuity, Differentiability, Differentiation and its applications, Indefinite and Definite integration, Area under curve, Vectors, 3D Co-ordinate geometry, Differential equations, Probability.
